Lead transfer

Reassign leads when an agent leaves. Pick source agent, target agent(s), and status filter. Leads are split equally across targets.

Add Campaign Mapping

Find this in Meta Ads Manager → your campaign → copy the numeric ID from the URL or the Campaign ID column.

Tick agents — leads are assigned in round-robin order (top to bottom).

Unassigned leads are assigned as Pool New. Already assigned Pool New leads are moved to the new agent. Worked leads are skipped.

New request folder

Name the folder for your own reference (e.g. Gulberg batch, Vehicle data). Only agents are required.

Only linked agents see this folder in Request leads. Others keep the legacy General/Faisalabad pool.

Link agents

Tick agents who should see this folder when they tap Request leads on WhatsApp. Other agents keep using the legacy General/Faisalabad pool. Search does not remove existing selections.
